The New York State sales tax will be added to orders, being ship to recipients in the New York State.

 

Return Policy

We do not accept returns of perishable chocolate and non-chocolate products.

Non-perishable merchandise items purchased in our store can be returned within 15 days of the date of delivery this order; a track number is required. The item must be in perfect conditions, with our store’s tag.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return this item.

 

We do not accept returns of perishable seasonal/holiday products.

 

Customers, who purchased in a store, can return non-perishable items within 15 days from purchase with a valid store receipt only. No returns and refunds without a valid receipt.

Cash refunds may not be available for amounts over $100.

Refunds will not be given on discontinued or clearance merchandise.

The Cocoa Bean Shoppe reserves the rights to refuse and limit the number of returns and holiday/seasonal products.

 

We do not replace the stolen or lost Cocoa Bean Shoppe Gift Card. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

 

Corporate gift orders, custom chocolate orders, and wedding favors are final sales. No returns, no refunds will be given on special orders. Please contact us with any question concerning custom/wedding/corporate orders before placing your order.
