Custom Orders Policy

• All custom orders are a 100% pre-paid purchase at the time of order;
• We accept Visa/MasterCard Discovery credit cards, cash; and checks. You can pay on-line, by phone, and in-store.
• Orders must be 100% pre-paid before any shipment will be done;
• Shipping is available by expedited shipping services only (1-5 day delivery due to chocolate melting issue).
• Available shipping companies: FedEx, UPS, USPS. Delivery confirmation (tracking number) and insurance are required for all orders;
• Sorry, no FREE shipping for corporate gifts and custom orders;
